After a gestation period of about six months and a week of hard labor, MutantSurfing.com and its mascot, Izzy, as in “What Izzy?” or “Izzy for real?” were born about 3:30 pm on December 11, 2008.

We immediately put Izzy to work as a DJ (no mutant child labor laws to worry about) over at our Live365 radio station, not coincidently, called MutantSurfing.com. We were so proud of our exhausted little twang-head, Izzy as he came home from his first day at work saturated in reverb.
